Payment Details
For all bookings we require a deposit
of £40.00 to confirm the booking.
This is payable at the time of booking, by debit or credit card.
The balance is payable on arrival by cash, debit or credit card. We are unable to accept cheques.
Prices
The price includes accommodation and breakfast.
Cancellation and Insurance
Once you have booked your stay, our agreement is a legal contract
and any deposit you have paid is non-refundable. If you need to
cancel please contact us as soon as possible on 015394 36007.
For cancellations made up to 7 days before the booking you will not be liable for the total balance. For cancellations made within this time you will be liable for the total amount. (Every effort will be made to re-let the room and adjust the charge accordingly.) Failure to take up the booking without cancelling will make you liable for the total amount.
We strongly recommend you take out a travel insurance policy to cover any liability.
Non-availability
We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable
for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative
accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable
to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability
would not extend beyond this refund.
Arrival
Your accommodation will be available to you from 3.30pm on your
day of arrival unless otherwise arranged.
Departure
Please be ready to leave your accommodation by 10.00am on your
day of departure, unless otherwise arranged.
Damages and Breakages
Please take care of our accommodation. You are responsible and
liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation
and its contents. Please let us know of any instances as soon as
they occur. We may send you an invoice if the damage or breakage
is significant.
Liability
We do not accept liability for any damage, loss or injury to any
member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless it
is proven to have been caused by a negligent act by ourselves or
contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
Data
Any data gathered during the course of the booking
may be held on computer.
